Every payment processor has different fees but to get a rough estimate of how much you are currently paying take:
your fees paid ÷ total amount processed = your current fees %
(fees range from %3.0 – %4.5 depending on processor)
How do I find my Fees Paid and Total Amount Processed?
Every month your payment processor (if you have one) should be sending your business monthly statements via mail or email.
Note: If your current processor is not sending you any statements please contact your processor via support and you can request one via email.

What are your support options when payment processing with Coskun Capital?
We offer full in house customer service for our clients Monday to Friday 9am – 7pm EST and Saturday 9am – 2pm EST. Our support team is located in New York.
What are PCI Compliance Fees and will I have to pay any?
PCI compliance fees are charges from credit card processors to businesses for maintaining the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard.
At Coskun Capital we DO NOT have any PCI Compliance Fees (Monthly or Annually)
What are contracts and is there any with Coskun Capital processing?
Some payment processors will enforce a yearly (multi-year) contract that prevents their clients from leaving their processing.
At Coskun Capital we have ZERO contracts, meaning you can cancel and stop processing anytime you want!
Note: If you have leased or finance any equipment, those monthly payments will still need to be made to the leasing/finance company.
